I Thought This Was Couples Mentoring…

Why Individual Meetings May Be Just What You Need.

While our primary focus is mentoring couples— Married, Unmarried and Pre-marital —we recognize that some concerns are best explored in a private, one-on-one setting. Individual sessions give each partner space to process personal history, emotions, patterns, or challenges that may not be productive or comfortable to address during joint meetings. These conversations can deepen self-awareness, clarify needs, and ultimately strengthen the work you do together as a couple.

Without this individual attention, important underlying issues can remain unspoken or only partially addressed. Over time, this can cause the mentoring process to feel stuck, repetitive, or less effective. We have found that when partners have a safe place to explore these matters privately and individually, the joint sessions tend to move forward with greater clarity, honesty, and momentum. We are happy to offer individual mentoring sessions whenever they support your growth and the health of your relationship. Whether it is a single check-in to clear the air, periodic individual alignment sessions, or something more long-term and consistent, we are here to support both your personal well-being and your collaborative journey every step of the way.
